2 | SCAN it.

Create a PIF account and register your plate by its QR code before passing it on. This is how you track where it goes and get to read stories of how it blesses people along its way. be sure to add a comment of your own! Share a recipe or story of why you Plate-It-Forward!

3 | PLATE it.

Bake some cookies, candies, or cupcakes! And add a note to celebrate a milestone or express encouragement, or gratitude! If you are using the plate as an introduction to your neighbors maybe add a gift card or prepackaged snack in case they have special preferences you may not know of yet.

4 | PASS it.
